Challenge
The vision was to transcend industry standards with a web presence that would serve as a benchmark within the e-commerce landscape.

In collaboration with a consulting firm, we engaged in thorough market research to revitalize the Bold brand. The strategy led to the 'Checkout without Limits', a motto that encapsulated the company's ethos, represented by vibrant gradients and sharp imagery, positioning Bold as a leader in checkout solutions.

EVOLUTION

The legacy website relied on traditional CI/CD workflows that bottlenecked content updates. By migrating to Next.js and Sanity CMS, we eliminated developer dependencies and transformed days-long deployment cycles into minutes.

The legacy system required content changes to go through developer queues, merge requests, and full CI/CD pipelines. Simple edits turned into 2-3 day ordeals.

We embraced a headless architecture with Sanity CMS, leveraged Next.js for its agility, and utilized Cloudflare Workers to enhance our web development process. Working closely with the team, I helped shape the web and brand design direction while actively contributing to front-end development in Next.js and content integration in Sanity CMS, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and seamless user experience.
Adopted Sanity CMS to shift to a headless architecture, allowing for a more agile content strategy and real-time updates.
Embraced Next.JS for its seamless performance and modern features, enabling faster development and deployment cycles.
Moved to Cloudflare Workers to leverage edge computing, enhancing site performance and scalability.
